Simply Collect You provides a free collection service for faulty, damaged, or unwanted electronic items within SE London and SW London.

2. Our Service

We collect electronic items for the purpose of repair, refurbishment, reuse, recycling, or responsible disposal.
We do not guarantee that any item can or will be repaired.

3. Collection Areas

Free collection is available in:
• SE London
• SW London

Collections outside these areas are not currently offered.

4. Ownership of Items

By booking a collection, you confirm that:
• You are the legal owner of the items or authorised to dispose of them
• The items are not stolen, lost, or subject to finance or ownership disputes

Once collected, ownership of the items transfers to Simply Collect You. Items will not be returned.

5. Data on Devices

Customers are fully responsible for removing all personal data from devices before collection.
Simply Collect You accepts no liability for data remaining on collected devices.

6. Accepted & Prohibited Items

We accept common household electronic items.
We do not accept:
• Hazardous, explosive, or illegal items
• Items contaminated with biohazards
• Items not disclosed at the time of booking

We reserve the right to refuse collection.

7. Collection Appointments

Items must be ready for collection at the agreed time and location.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of future bookings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Simply Collect You is not liable for:
• Loss of data
• Pre-existing faults or damage
• Indirect or consequential loss

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

9. Environmental Responsibility

We aim to process electronic waste responsibly and in line with UK environmental regulations, including WEEE requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
